Living in the centre of Mong Kok, one of the most densely populated areas in the world, has definitely released some inner anger issues. Normally, I’d describe myself as being pretty calm and very laidback, (annoyingly so to the mum) but put me on the streets of Mong Kok around 7pm on the walk home from work and I turn into a hideous human being armed with a don’t talk to me scowl and sharpened elbows. Genuinely though, why can’t people walk at a basic human pace and why can’t they look where they are going instead of at their phones? To be honest, if there is no aggression employed to get through these streets then you probably won’t get through them. That is my excuse at least.
