Can’t quite believe that I’ve been here for three months when it genuinely felt like yesterday that I was getting on the plane at Manchester Airport. This time last year I was coming home from Uni for Christmas, battling with a deep dissertation on Beckett and the Absurd and most likely battling equally with my mum about how tidy my room was. Now, I’m living half way around the world teaching kids English. Honestly, I didn’t see it coming. This year has been truly amazing from start to (nearly) finish and I can’t quite believe just how quickly it has flown by.
2015 saw me graduate (wut), work in London, attend meetings in Parliament (still bragging about that one), work at Fringe in Edinburgh, aka be drunk for pretty much six weeks and eventually relocate to Asia. Not to mention all the other incredible days I managed to slip in there. Not too shabby I have to say.
