img_3070When chasing waterfalls, one should be aware that every so often you might have to wade through the river to cross it once or twice (or six times) before you arrive. In doing this, more often than not, you may find that you’ve somehow ended up waist deep in a strong current and you’re not entirely sure how it happened considering you thought you’d picked the best and easiest route to cross. But such is (your) life and you’ll continue to jog on, no doubt, once you eventually get yourself out the other side. Paired with the occasional torrential downpours that are just a token bonus of living in Asia, you might find that by the time you’ve trekked through jungle and river, you’ll probably arrive at the waterfall looking like you’ve already been stood under it for an hour.
