img_3773Christmas is not considered an especially important holiday here in Taiwan. Yes, there are a few Christmas trees dotted here and there, a couple of decorations available in shops, but on the whole, Christmas ain’t a big deal. That being said, you say the words ‘Christmas party’ to children between the ages of 6 and 13 on a Friday afternoon, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the amount of Christmas joy they can produce (largely caused by a heck of a lot of sugar). That, combined with a quiet night watching the Grinch, and I’d say that you’re defintiely ready for day number 25 of the holiday season.
